Acceptable Use Policy

1) General Principles

Use the Services responsibly and lawfully. You are responsible for all content and activity under your account, including by your users, players, or community members.

2) Prohibited Content & Activities

• Illegal activity: anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights; evading law enforcement.
• Security abuse: malware, DDoS/DoS, botnets, phishing, credential stuffing, brute force, unauthorized access, scanning or exploitation without explicit written authorization.
• Network/resource abuse: traffic floods, port scanning, open relay/open proxy, excessive API polling, abusive CPU/RAM/disk/network consumption that degrades others.
• Spam & messaging abuse: unsolicited bulk messages, pyramid schemes, deceptive marketing.
• IP infringement: unlicensed distribution of copyrighted works, trademarks, or proprietary code; circumvention of DRM/EULAs.
• Harmful/violent content: threats, harassment, incitement of violence, doxxing.
• Sexual content: CSAM/sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• Fraud & deception: impersonation, account resale, payment fraud, chargeback abuse.

3) Games & Mods

You must comply with game publishers’/platforms’ terms (e.g., Mojang/Microsoft, Rockstar, Valve) and obtain licenses/keys where required. Where a publisher prohibits monetization or certain mod types, you must follow those restrictions.

4) Security & Access

Maintain secure configurations, rotate credentials, and apply updates promptly. Do not share panel access with unauthorized parties. If you discover a vulnerability in our platform, report it to security@local-quotes.com and refrain from public disclosure until resolved.

5) Resource Limits & Fair Use

Plans include specific resource ceilings. We may rate-limit, sandbox, or suspend processes that overload shared infrastructure (e.g., sustained 100% CPU, abusive disk I/O, unbounded logs, or excessive outbound traffic).

6) Email & Communications

Bulk/marketing email is not allowed from game/VPS services unless you have explicit permission and comply with spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-privacy). Open relays are prohibited.

7) Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and act at our reasonable discretion, including filtering, rate limiting, content removal, service suspension/termination, and data preservation. We may report illegal content/activity to authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

8) Reporting Abuse

Report violations to abuse@local-quotes.com with relevant logs/headers/URLs. For copyright issues, see our DMCA process in the Terms.

9) Changes

We may update this AUP by posting a new version with the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
